The Zastava Arms USA ZPAP M85 is an AK-pattern pistol in 5.56 NATO with a compact 10-inch barrel and wood furniture for a classic, military-surplus look. Zastava has built Kalashnikov-pattern rifles in Serbia for decades, and the brand has a following among shooters who value rugged construction and the reliability of a proven rotating-bolt, long-stroke gas piston action. The ZPAP85 shape is a short, handy format that makes an appealing range and truck gun. Chambered in a common, affordable round, it is a good choice for anyone wanting an AK-style pistol with traditional lines.
