Howa's M1500 action has long been the quiet secret of the budget precision world, with a forged receiver, a one-piece bolt, and a two-stage HACT trigger that is genuinely good out of the box. This APC configuration drops that action into an aluminum chassis with an adjustable stock and M-LOK forend, chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor with a 24-inch heavy barrel in a gray finish with American flag treatment.

The 6.5 Creedmoor and a 24-inch barrel in a chassis is the standard recipe for entry-level precision rifle competition and long-range steel, and this ships as a complete package ready to mount glass.
