The HOWA M1500 is one of the most respected production actions in the world, quietly serving as the foundation for rifles sold under several other brand names. The Mini Action is a genuinely smaller receiver built specifically for short cartridges rather than a standard short action with a filler block, which saves real weight and shortens bolt throw. This Fence Line model in .223 Remington pairs a 22-inch barrel with a gray lightweight stock, making it a purpose-built varmint and predator rifle for walking fence lines and calling coyotes.
