The Howa Mini Action is a genuinely shortened bolt action rather than a standard action with a filler block, which makes it lighter and stiffer for short cartridges. This Fence Line Mini is chambered in .350 Legend with a 16-inch barrel, FDE finish and a Scorched Earth stock. The .350 Legend was developed for straight-wall deer states and is notably mild to shoot while hitting hard inside 200 yards, and pairing it with a compact action and short barrel yields an unusually handy woods rifle.

Well suited to stand and blind hunting where a full-length rifle is a nuisance.
