Howa's M1500 action has quietly become one of the best values in bolt-action rifles, and the Mini Action version shortens it further to match cartridges that do not need a full short-action footprint. That means less bolt travel, less receiver weight and a rifle that comes to the shoulder quickly. This Fence Line configuration wears a 22-inch barrel in 6mm ARC with a gray stock, built for the truck-gun and predator-hunting role its name suggests.

The 6mm ARC was designed to push high-BC 6mm bullets from an AR-15-sized cartridge, and in a bolt gun it becomes an efficient, mild-recoiling choice for coyotes, hogs and deer-sized game at extended range.
