The LWRC IC-DI is a direct-impingement AR-platform rifle from Lewis Weapon Research Corporation, a maker known for duty-grade carbines built to a high standard. Chambered in 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington with a 16.1-inch barrel, it combines the familiar AR-15 ergonomics with an M-LOK handguard for easy accessory mounting. The black finish and mid-length-friendly profile make it a balanced option for home defense, range days and training, with strong aftermarket support for optics, lights and furniture.
