The LWRC SIX8-A5 is a short-stroke gas piston semi-automatic rifle in the 6.8 SPC cartridge, with a 16-inch barrel and an OD green finish. LWRC International is known for its piston-driven AR-style rifles, which run cleaner than direct impingement systems and are designed for hard use.

The 6.8 SPC was developed to deliver more terminal performance than the 5.56 NATO from a carbine-length AR platform, making it a popular choice for hog and deer hunting at moderate ranges. This rifle accepts 30-round magazines and offers a ruggedly built package for field work.
