LWRC built its reputation on short-stroke gas piston operation, which keeps carbon and heat out of the receiver and matters most on suppressed and hard-used rifles. The REPR MKII is the company's large-frame precision platform, and in 6.5 Creedmoor with a 20-inch barrel it is set up for genuine long-range work from a semi-auto.

The 6.5 Creedmoor is the cartridge that made accurate long-range shooting accessible, with excellent ballistic coefficients and modest recoil. Add LWRC's monoforge upper, fully ambidextrous controls, and a spiral-fluted barrel, and you have one of the more capable gas guns available. FDE finish.
