This Proof Research carbon fiber barrel is cut as a pre-fit for Defiance actions in 7mm PRC, 22 inches, in the Sendero contour. Defiance is a mainstay of the custom precision world, and matching it with a Proof carbon barrel is one of the most common recipes in modern lightweight long-range builds, because it delivers a heavy-contour sight picture and heat behavior at a fraction of the weight.

The Sendero profile favors stability and barrel life over absolute minimum weight. Final headspace should always be confirmed by a competent gunsmith before the rifle is fired.
