This Proof Research carbon fiber PXT barrel blank is a .224 bore, 22-inch blank with a Sendero contour, intended for custom builds in calibers like .223 Remington, .22-250, and other .224-bore cartridges. Proof's carbon fiber wrap over a precision stainless liner keeps weight down while helping dissipate heat.

As an unchambered blank, it is meant to be finished by a gunsmith, making it a great foundation for a lightweight varmint or hunting rifle.
