Retay's ACE-R Sporting is set up for clay targets with a 28-inch barrel, a length that gives a smooth, controlled swing without feeling ponderous between stations. The inertia operating system runs clean through the high round counts a sporting clays day involves, and there are no gas ports to scrub at the end of it.

This 12 gauge handles 3.5-inch shells, so the same gun works for waterfowl or turkeys when the season turns. Walnut stock against a black receiver, with Retay's bolt-locking feature keeping the action closed when you set the gun down.
