Retay's RXP22 is a rimfire pistol built on a hammer-fired double action and single action trigger system, chambered in .22 LR with a threaded barrel in black and OD green. A DA/SA .22 pistol is an unusually good training tool, because it lets a shooter practice the long double-action press and the transition to single action at rimfire cost. Add the threaded barrel for a suppressor and it becomes a near-silent, near-recoilless plinker that new shooters love and experienced shooters keep coming back to for cheap trigger time.
